1. Provide The Required Documents
a. Download VARIATION application form.
b. Please provide these documents below along with the VARIATION application form:
- Passport (original)
- Passport photocopy (2 copies)
- Photograph (2 pieces)
- Offer letter (original and copy document)
- Completion letter (original and copy document)
- Release letter
- Academic certificate (original and copy)
c. Download MEDICAL INSURANCE application form.
d. Please provide these documents below along with the MEDICAL INSURANCE form :
- Copy of detail page of passport
- Copy of current student pass
- Provide cash for the medical insurance payment or else bring the original insurance receipt if you are already paid.
e. Please provide these payments receipt (original) or cash if you are not performed any payments as shown as below :
- EMGS – The payment of RM1537.40 to EMGS can be done by cheque/bank draft :

- UTeM INTERNATIONAL CENTRE (UIC) – You are compulsory to pay cash of RM270.00 + single / multiple entry visa + RM10.00 to UTeM International Centre (UIC).
- INSURANCE – Pay cash to Insurance Agent or else bring the original receipt if you have perform the payment. For consultation, insurance payment, collect medical card or claim, please visit UTeM International Centre.

f. Penalty – Documents have to be submitted to the UTeM International Centre (UIC) TWO (2) months before the student pass expiry date, failing to do so will lead to the payment of RM200.00 PENALTY. Failing to submit these applications within TWO (2) WEEKS before the students pass expiry date will lead to the payment of RM500.00 PENALTY.
2. Track Your Student Pass Application

3. Collect Passport
Collect your passport after FOUR (4) to SIX (6) weeks working days at UTeM International Centre (UIC)

3.00AM to 4.30PM
Notes : Please bring all the required documents (hardcopy) as well as the cash (for required payment) and submit to the UTeM International Centre (UIC)in person. Failing to do so will lead to the delay of your student pass application process
